사무엘상 (1 Samuel) 6:13-7:2 - 개역개정/ESV 6:13 벧세메스 사람들이 골짜기에서 밀을 베다가 눈을 들어 궤를 보고 그 본 것을 기뻐하더니 13 Now the people of Beth-shemesh were reaping their wheat harvest in the valley. And when they lifted up their eyes and saw the ark, they rejoiced to see it. 14 수레가 벧세메스 사람 여호수아의 밭 큰 돌 있는 곳에 이르러 선지라 무리가 수레의 나무를 패고 그 암소들을 번제물로 여호와께 드리고 14 The cart came into the field of Joshua of Beth-shemesh and stopped there. A great stone was there. And they split up the wood of the cart and offered the cows as a burnt offering to the LORD. 15 레위인은 여호와의 궤와 그 궤와 함께 있는 금 보물 담긴 상자를 내려다가 큰 돌 위에 두매 그 날에 벧세메스 사람들이 여호와께 번제와 다른 제사를 드리니라 15 And the Levites took down the ark of the LORD and the box that was beside it, in which were the golden figures, and set them upon the great stone. And the men of Beth-shemesh offered burnt offerings and sacrificed sacrifices on that day to the LORD. 16 블레셋 다섯 방백이 이것을 보고 그 날에 에그론으로 돌아갔더라 16 And when the five lords of the Philistines saw it, they returned that day to Ekron. 17 블레셋 사람이 여호와께 속건제물로 드린 금 독종은 이러하니 아스돗을 위하여 하나요 가사를 위하여 하나요 아스글론을 위하여 하나요 가드를 위하여 하나요 에그론을 위하여 하나이며 17 These are the golden tumors that the Philistines returned as a guilt offering to the LORD: one for Ashdod, one for Gaza, one for Ashkelon, one for Gath, one for Ekron, 18 드린 바 금 쥐들은 견고한 성읍에서부터 시골의 마을에까지 그리고 사람들이 여호와의 궤를 놓은 큰 돌에 이르기까지 다섯 방백들에게 속한 블레셋 사람들의 모든 성읍들의 수대로였더라 그 돌은 벧세메스 사람 여호수아의 밭에 오늘까지 있더라 18 and the golden mice, according to the number of all the cities of the Philistines belonging to the five lords, both fortified cities and unwalled villages. The great stone beside which they set down the ark of the LORD is a witness to this day in the field of Joshua of Beth-shemesh. 19 벧세메스 사람들이 여호와의 궤를 들여다 본 까닭에 그들을 치사 (오만) 칠십 명을 죽이신지라 여호와께서 백성을 쳐서 크게 살륙하셨으므로 백성이 슬피 울었더라 19 And he struck some of the men of Beth-shemesh, because they looked upon the ark of the LORD. He struck seventy men of them, and the people mourned because the LORD had struck the people with a great blow. 20 벧세메스 사람들이 이르되 이 거룩하신 하나님 여호와 앞에 누가 능히 서리요 그를 우리에게서 누구에게로 올라가시게 할까 하고 20 Then the men of Beth-shemesh said, "Who is able to stand before the LORD, this holy God? And to whom shall he go up away from us?" 21 전령들을 기럇여아림 주민에게 보내어 이르되 블레셋 사람들이 여호와의 궤를 도로 가져왔으니 너희는 내려와서 그것을 너희에게로 옮겨 가라 21 So they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kiriath-jearim, saying, "The Philistines have returned the ark of the LORD. Come down and take it up to you." 7:1 기럇여아림 사람들이 와서 여호와의 궤를 옮겨 산에 사는 아비나답의 집에 들여놓고 그의 아들 엘리아살을 거룩하게 구별하여 여호와의 궤를 지키게 하였더니 1 And the men of Kiriath-jearim came and took up the ark of the LORD and brought it to the house of Abinadab on the hill. And they consecrated his son Eleazar to have charge of the ark of the LORD. 2 궤가 기럇여아림에 들어간 날부터 이십 년 동안 오래 있은지라 이스라엘 온 족속이 여호와를 사모하니라 2 From the day that the ark was lodged at Kiriath-jearim, a long time passed, some twenty years, and all the house of Israel lamented after the LORD.
